How to track
Where is your order?
Shipping usually takes place within 1–2 business days of the order. Follow the steps below to check where your package is.
After shipping, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking code and a direct link to the courier. If you don't find it, please check your spam folder.
In the Orders section of your PurMotors account, you will find the complete history with the updated status of each shipment and the tracking link.
Go to your orders →If you have not received your confirmation email or have any doubts about your shipment, contact PurMotors support with your order number handy. We will reply within 1 business day.
Contact support →Also check your spam folder – tracking emails are sometimes filtered automatically. If you purchased as a guest, the tracking link is only in the order confirmation email.
