Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Right of withdrawal and return period
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of our products without any penalty and without stating any reason within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product.
In addition to the right of withdrawal provided for by law, PurMotors offers an overall commercial window of 30 days from delivery in which to request a return, under the conditions set out in this policy.
This means that the total period for requesting a return is 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.
How to request a return
To request a return, send an explicit communication by e-mail to customerservice@greentekhub.com, stating:
- order number;
- first and last name;
- product purchased;
- reason for the request, if you wish to state it;
- any photos, if useful for the assessment.

The request must be sent within 30 days of delivery of the product.
Returning the product
After receiving our return authorization, you must send back the product intact, complete with all its parts, accessories and documentation and, where possible, its original packaging.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and under the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective, incorrect or non-conforming product. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service.
Return conditions
The product must be returned intact, clean and not used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
For installable technical products, filters, internal components or products intended to come into contact with fuel, air, mechanical systems or garments/equipment, the return may be refused or reduced if the product is found to be:
- installed;
- used beyond a normal check;
- damaged;
- modified;
- contaminated;
- incomplete;
- missing parts, accessories or documentation;
- not resalable due to conditions attributable to improper use or incorrect handling.
Refund
Once we have received and checked the product, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the return or of the positive outcome of the product check.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Initial shipping costs and/or return shipping costs may not be refundable, except as provided for by applicable law or in the case of an incorrect, defective or non-conforming product.
Defective, incorrect or non-conforming products
If you have received a product that is defective, incorrect or not in conformity with its description, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@greentekhub.com, stating:
- order number;
- description of the problem;
- photos of the product, the packaging and the label, where useful;
- any details on the fitting or use, if the product has already been checked or installed.
In the case of a defective, incorrect or non-conforming product, we will assess the request and provide you with instructions for replacement, return or refund in accordance with applicable law.
This policy does not limit the rights granted to the consumer under the statutory warranty of conformity.
Replacement process
- Reporting the problem: send a communication by e-mail stating the order number, a description of the problem and any photos.
- Assessment: we will review the request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Return, replacement or refund: after receiving and checking the product, we will proceed with a replacement, a refund or another applicable solution, depending on the case.
