Processing and delivery times
Orders confirmed by 16:00 on business days ship on the next business day.
Orders confirmed after 16:00 or on public holidays ship by the second business day.
The times shown refer to the shipping stage and are provided by the carrier as an estimate only. Exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, peak-season periods) may cause delays beyond our control.
Shipment tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. You can follow the delivery in real time using the link in the email.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Any free-shipping promotions are shown directly on the product page or in the cart.
Returns and refunds — 30 days in total
PurMotors gives you a total window of 30 days from the delivery date to request a return and refund. This window includes the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, Consumer Code), which always applies, plus a voluntary commercial extension by GreenTek Hub Srl up to 30 days in total.
How to start a return
Send a written notice within 30 days of delivery and before shipping the goods back, using one of the following channels:

Include your order number, the product you are returning and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return conditions
The product must be returned intact, not used beyond a reasonable trial and in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, labels and documentation included in the package, together with proof of purchase. For technical products designed to be installed, actual installation or use voids the right of return, except in cases of lack of conformity as provided for by law.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your shipping receipt: we are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund
Once we have verified that the returned product is intact, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank's or payment network's processing times, the amount may take a little longer to appear in your account.
Defective or non-conforming products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt by writing to customerservice@greentekhub.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Photos documenting the defect or damage
We will review your report and propose the most appropriate solution (replacement, refund or another form of resolution) as quickly as possible.
