The Comfort of AG+ Products

Our garments are the result of years of research, testing, failures and finally, well-deserved successes. To make our shirts, we have combined silver with cotton, as this natural fiber does not retain sweat microbes, unlike synthetic fibers.

Indeed, everyone knows the unpleasant smell of synthetic garments after a few hours of use, and often it doesn't go away even after repeated washes. That said, it would not have made sense to combine silver with antagonistic fibers that interfere with its antimicrobial action.

Finally, it was not easy to create a fabric that had the right amount of silver. High percentages increase the cost without improving performance; reduced quantities make the garment useless.

The AG+ Travel Boxer shorts for motorcycles are a very pleasant garment on the skin. The inner thigh is seamless to avoid friction with the edge of the saddle, the snug fit ensures that they do not move on the leg and fit well under motorcycle trousers. The front opening adds practicality. In addition, cotton is a natural, millennial fiber with great qualities of durability and comfort, and silver takes care of everything else!

We would like to remind you that it is good practice to always check what a "technical" garment is made of. While it is true that synthetic garments are very convenient to wash and dry quickly, it is also true that they are not ideal for skin health.

Shipping

Preparation and delivery times

Orders confirmed by 4:00 PM on working days are shipped on the next working day.

Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM or on public holidays are shipped within the second working day.

The indicated times refer to the shipping phase and are provided by the courier as an estimate. Exceptional situations (weather conditions, strikes, peak seasons) may cause delays beyond our control.

Shipment tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the courier. You can monitor the delivery in real-time via the link included in the email.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Any promotions with free shipping are indicated directly on the product page or in the shopping cart.

Returns and refunds — 30 total days

PurMotors offers you a total window of 30 days from the delivery date to request a return and refund. This window includes the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, Consumer Code), which is always recognized, and a voluntary commercial extension by GreenTek Hub Srl up to 30 total days.

How to initiate a return

Send written communication within 30 days of delivery and before returning the goods, using one of the following channels:

Please indicate the order number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1-2 working days with instructions for the return.

Return conditions

The product must be returned intact, unused beyond reasonable testing, and in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, labels, and documentation included in the package, with proof of purchase. For technical products that can be installed, actual assembly or use voids the right to return, except in cases of non-conformity as provided by law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining the shipping receipt: we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund

Once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase. You may need to wait for the technical processing times of your bank or payment circuit for the amount to be credited.

Defective or non-compliant products

If you receive a defective product, one damaged during transport, or one different from what you ordered, please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt by writing to customerservice@greentekhub.com with:

  • Description of the problem
  • Photos documenting the defect or damage

We will evaluate the report and propose the most suitable solution (replacement, refund, or other form of resolution) as quickly as possible.
